Package delivery

Packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment through a fast shipping company with tracking number and signature delivery. In case we can not meet the deadline, the customer will be notified by email. We do not send plants on Friday so they do not have to spend the weekend inside a box without light or air.
The boxes we use for shipping protect the product properly. Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postal charges. Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination of the package. In case the package arrives damaged, we manage the relevant qualification to the transport company and we send you a new product.

Returns for voluntary withdrawal

If the product does not meet your expectations, we will manage the return and we will refund the full money of the product. In this case, you will have to pay the return shipping costs. As soon as we receive the products, we will verify their status and we will contact you to proceed with the refund.

You have up to 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to notify us of the return due to voluntary withdrawal. It does not apply to plants because they are perishable products and cannot support more than one box shipment.

The full amount of the product will be refunded. The refund period will be 48 hours from receipt of the returned product.

Warranty

If there is a manufacturing defect in your Citysens garden, we will exchange it without any charge during the first 24 months after the purchase of the product.
