How can you turn a wall into a space full of life?
There are walls that go unnoticed. Tall, empty and unused surfaces that, at first glance, seem difficult to make use of. But with a creative vision, a careful selection of plants and a modular system designed to grow vertically, a wall can become much more than a neutral background: it can be transformed into a small forest.
In this project, CitySens and Nosaltres Toquem Fusta combined design, landscaping and sustainability to fill a tall, empty wall with nature. The result is a vertical garden full of texture, volume and life, created with our wall planters.

More greenery and less maintenance
CitySens wall planters allow you to create fully customised plant compositions. They can be installed in groups, expanded with new planters and arranged in the way that best suits each wall. This modularity makes it possible to design anything from small green compositions to large vertical gardens.
In addition, they incorporate a capillary self-watering system that makes plant care easier and reduces maintenance time. This system keeps the substrate progressively hydrated, helping plants receive the water they need for several days without requiring constant watering.

Plants that decorate, accompany and transform
Plants have the ability to transform a space. In addition to bringing freshness and a natural touch, they help create more pleasant, relaxing and welcoming environments. Indoors, their presence promotes wellbeing and makes spaces feel more alive and balanced.
In this project, each plant was chosen with the overall composition in mind: some add volume, others verticality, others texture or cascading shapes. In this way, the wall stops being a flat surface and becomes a living, evolving and natural composition.
As with any planting project, the choice of plants should take into account the available light, the location and the level of maintenance desired.

A wall transformed into a landscape
The final result is a wall that no longer goes unnoticed. Where there was once an empty surface, there is now a vertical forest full of nature.
This project shows that major construction work is not needed to transform a space. Sometimes, all it takes is looking at a wall differently: as an opportunity to create life, bring wellbeing and reconnect everyday spaces with nature.
