WHAT KIND OF PLANTS WILL I FIND IN THE SUBSCRIPTION?

With the first shipment you will receive the vertical planter with purifying plants and, in addition, the seasonal plants you have chosen.

- For Christmas, between December and January, you will receive Christmas plants.

- Spring, between March and April, we will send you green and leafy plants.

- For summer, between June and July, you will receive colorful and very resistant plants.

- In autumn, between September and October, we will send you plants with warm colors and soft tones.

*Plants may vary according to the availability of the local nurseries we collaborate with. You can always choose the plant of your choice from our exclusive subscription options.

- Each shipment is independent: we can send each one to a different address, giving plants as a gift is a safe bet.

- You can choose when they arrive: if there is a special date we organize it so that they arrive at the perfect time.

- If you need an extra: we can write a dedication on your behalf, we love to be accomplices of your gifts.

Plants are shipped in a box of your size, perfectly protected to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

CITYSENS GUARANTEE:

- If you are not satisfied with the planter, you have 14 calendar days from delivery; just write to us at hola@citysens.com. If there is a manufacturing defect, the warranty covers replacement free of charge for 2 years.

- If you receive the plants in bad condition, we will replace the plant within 5 days of delivery.
